Garry is outcomes focused and has delivered considerable value for his clients across a variety of complex projects.
Prior to joining Anser Consulting, Garry was a Director in Deloitte Consulting, in their Strategy and Operations division.
Amish has extensive experience in various projects and leadership roles in government and utilities organisations. He has a proven track record of delivery on technical, contractual and cost analysis projects, and has demonstrated ability to understand diverse projects and to influence successful business outcomes.
Amish is a qualified Chartered Engineer and has significant expertise in the areas of program management, operational performance, operating frameworks, business transformation and business & technical strategy development.
Amish has both broad and deep industry experience ranging from small to very large projects, covering the program and project lifecycle. He has a track record in the successful delivery of major electrical projects through implementation of key contracts and development of constructive partnerships. His recent accomplishments include the development and implementation of an operating framework for a major electricity network utility that delivered threefold increase in productivity which was tracked through benefits realisation.
Gordon Carr - Senior Associate

Gordon has over 23 years experience providing management consulting and project management services to both the private and public sectors. He has successfully completed projects at some of the largest public and private organisations in WA including Wesfarmers Insurance, Rio Tinto, HBF, Horizon Power, Synergy, WA Health, BankWest, Bunnings, ECU, and Department of Treasury and Finance.
Gordon typically operates at senior executive level, working with CXOs to set up their Business or IS strategy, through to planning, designing, implementing and rolling out Business/IT Change programmes.
Gordon has experience helping clients evaluate and launch new products and services, establish customer service and outsourcing strategies, partner with other organisations, and improve internal operations. His industry knowledge, technical expertise and background enable him to provide programme/project management leadership throughout the opportunity and project lifecycle.
Gordon was previously a Director in Deloitte's Consulting practice in Perth. Prior to that, he was working at Accenture in South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Peter Howe - Senior Associate

Peter has extensive experience in the electrical and communications industries. He has gained significant expertise in the areas of alternative energy solutions, network investment modeling, network access project development, portfolio management, contract development and negotiation, customer relationship management, electricity regulation and business process improvement.
Peter is a qualified Electrical Engineer and has worked previously as a Manager and Engineer within Ergon Energy, Western Power and Telstra. He has extensive experience assisting customers to raise projects to electrically connect their facilities and manage their ongoing contract and dealings with Western Power.
Peter managed Western Power’s Access Solutions section with accountability to scope requirements and obtain funding for major capital projects to connect industry generators and customers to the transmission and distribution networks.
Peter has worked with Ergon Energy where he sponsored embedded generation and demand management projects to reduce total capital investment and lead key projects and strategies to innovate in the area of implementing alternative energy solutions.
Peter also has extensive experience within the communications industry where he lead the development of systems and process to support the introduction and lifecycle management of various products and services for Telstra.
Scott Bywaters - Associate

Scott is a seasoned management consultant with 20 years’ experience managing and developing people, systems and processes in diverse functional settings and across industries including mining, oil and gas, manufacturing and technology. He has delivered at a technical, commercial and strategic level for clients and led individuals and teams to meet organisational and personal goals.
Scott has held senior commercial and finance positions in BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Woodside Energy Ltd and ERG Limited. In addition, he has worked in several professional services firms including Deloitte Consulting, in their Strategy & Operations division.
Scott currently holds board positions with Ochre Technologies Pty Ltd and the Autism Association of Western Australia, Inc and is active in supporting community arts and health and contributing to Indigenous economic development. He holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Alex is an experienced consultant who has lead and successfully delivered technology-related projects. His principal areas of expertise include corporate strategy development, business process improvement, business transformation, business case development, feasibility analysis, project and program management, selection and implementation of packaged software, and change management.
In addition, Alex has also gained deep technical and managerial expertise in the exploration sector of the resources industry. This experience spans company incorporation, corporate and capital structuring to project generation and acquisition, capital raising, ASX listings, exploration, and public company administration and management. His commodity experience includes precious and base metals, iron ore, coal and oil and gas.
Alex was a senior manager in Deloitte’s Consulting practice, and spent 7 years successfully servicing Government departments, FMCG and subsidiaries of WA’s largest publicly listed diversified corporation. Since then, he has spent more than 5 years working in the exploration sector.
Felicity Zare - Consultant

Felicity is a Consultant in Anser Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Business Information Systems. She has an excellent knowledge of accounting and information systems and business processes.
Felicity’s professional experience includes work in business strategy development, management framework development, business process framework development and modelling, business process improvement, organisational restructures, and business function review and transformation.
She also has significant work experience in retail and hospitality where she has been a strong manager of people and leading teams. Her experience in retail and hospitality spanned over 10 years, of which she spent a significant amount of time managing teams in high demand environments. She has particular experience in the areas of customer relationship management, staff management, marketing and stock controls.
Jonathan is an experienced consultant, having previously held positions in Deloitte and Grant Thornton in their respective Corporate Finance divisions. In addition, he has worked in an ASX listed company in a similar capacity.
Jonathan has excellent financial modelling expertise and has strong skills in corporate finance, corporate advisory, managing customer relationships, sales, and technical financial analysis. His experience includes due diligence evaluation, operational forecast modeling, financial performance evaluation, feasibility studies and business valuations.
Jonathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and currently operates Metralytics, a consultancy providing financial modelling and technical analysis services.
