Our Directors work hands-on in all our projects. They form an intrinsic part of our low-leveraged teams and spearhead the day-to-day problem solving and project governance. This means that our clients work with the depth of experience and knowledge of our senior leaders.

Our operating model allows our Directors to work directly at the ‘coal face’, helping our clients solve problems on a day-to-day basis.  Our Directors have extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with complex issues and problems commonly faced by businesses. 

We deliberately maintain a low leverage model ensuring our Directors are involved in the detail of all our projects forming an intrinsic part of our teams.  We believe that having direct access to this experience means that solution development is more efficient and insightful.  This is distinct from the larger firms where partners are rarely involved in the problem-solving and are merely overseeing quality and maintaining relationships.
